WHAT IS FREE SHIPPING?
The price you see for an item is exactly what you will pay! This applies to the contiguous 48 U.S. States. iKennel, Inc. will pay ground shipping charges allowing customers to benefit from our lower prices. Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, and international orders do not apply for free shipping. If you have an order outside the contiguous 48 states, please contact us for a quote. Air and rush deliveries are not included within "free shipping". If you need a rush delivery, please contact us for a special quote. IKennel, Inc. will pay for one free shipping per order. Be sure to provide us with your correct address. iKennel, Inc. is not responsible for any errors you provide with respect to order information (ie. Addresses, names, and any other ordering info). Utah sales will incur handling charges of $25.00 per order. Please contact us if you live in Utah before you make a purchase.

SHIPPING COSTS ARE NON REFUNDABLE-
In the event of a returned item(s), assuming there are no manufacture's defects or products returned under warranty, shipping becomes the responsibility of the buyer. Please take the necessary steps to measure your pet correctly to ensure you purchase the right crate and avoid return shipping charges. We are available to assist you to ensure the right choice is made (contact us).

SHIPPING METHOD-
Orders will be shipped via FedEx Ground or UPS Ground. Customer service will send an email with a tracking number. Shipping carriers are fixed by product so customers are not able to request a carrier. Air and rush delivery is available. Please contact customer service for special shipping quote.

DELIVERY TIME-
Standard ground: allow 1-5 business days. Most items are delivered within 5 business days from purchase. Shipment delays can occur by inclement weather, natural or manmade disasters.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS-
Do not refuse the shipment if the item can be salvaged. We can send you the needed parts. Accept the item and file a claim with the carrier. iKennel, Inc. is not responsible for any damages incurred during the shipping process.

MANUFACTURE DEFECTS-
If you think there is a product defect, please contact us ASAP to ensure proper steps in fulfilling your order.

BACKORDERED ITEMS OR OUT OF STOCK-
We will notify you and provide an estimated ship date. If this date is not satisfactory, you may elect to cancel the order.

DELIVERY ADDRESS IS DIFFERENT THAN YOUR BILLING ADDRESS-
If you need to send your order to an address that is different than the billing address you provided at checkout, simply enter the delivery address during the checkout process. If an address mistake is made during the Paypal transaction, please contact us as soon as possible to correct the order. Most of our orders are processed the same day.
