RETURN POLICY-
(does not apply to manufacture defects and warranties, see below)
Items may be returned 30 days after purchase. However, the buyer will be responsible for any shipping charges upon return and will not be credited the original shipping fees that iKennel, Inc. initially paid. A 25% restocking fee (on your purchase price) will apply to all returns, so choose your crate wisely. Remember we are here to help you and make the correct product decision.

PACKAGING-
All products must be returned in their original packaging and condition to avoid return forfeit.

NEW AND UNUSED CONDITION-
All products returned must be new and unused. All products are observed and inspected to ensure there is no evidence of prior use (dirt, pet hair, dander, etc). All used products will forfeit return because of health reasons. We are not able to resell any used products due to possible contamination to other people and animals.

PERSONALIZED ITEMS-
We will not accept any product with personalized items for any reason (i.e. monogrammed or embroidered).
